A form of secondary HLH triggered by autoimmune diseases (especially Still's disease/sJIA). Same hyperinflammatory cascade as HLH but in the context of an underlying rheumatic condition. Can be life-threatening. Think of it as HLH caused by an autoimmune trigger rather than genetic defect.
